- Define scope, requirements, and business cases; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Manage risks, solve issues, and structure projects using the Stage Gate Model.
- Track progress and report KPIs internally and to the Group.
- Present to steerco, engage sponsors, and coordinate stakeholder activities.
- Foster team collaboration and contribute to the Center of Excellence.
Profiel
- Master's degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years in program/project management, with proven success in transformation projects.
- Structured, results-driven, and methodical approach to project execution.
- Strong knowledge of project management, business cases, risk management, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels, from operations to C-level, in an international context.
- French and Ducth: fluent ; English: good level
