Your role
As a clay press operator, you are the starting point of the entire production process.
You ensure that the clay is prepared correctly, making you an indispensable link within the team.
What will you be doing?
- Processing clay delivered on pallets (blocks of approx. 15 kg)
- Loosening blocks, lifting them and placing them on the press
- Operating a hydraulic press (via foot control)
- Removing pressed sheets and stacking them neatly on pallets
- Processing large volumes daily (up to ±6 tonnes per day)
The work is simple and repetitive, but physically demanding.
Profiel
Who are you?
- You are keen to work in a creative production environment.
- The job involves physical and manual labour; you will spend 8 hours a day working with your hands in the clay. In other words, you get a free gymmembership here – and you get paid for it too!
- The working language on the shop floor is English; you’ll be part of a multicultural environment. A very good spoken command of English is essential. Reading and writing skills are, of course, not required.
- You’re actively looking for a permanent role and, naturally, are keen to learn. We provide comprehensive training from start to finish.
- We are looking for motivated and quality-conscious employees with drive whom we can rely on. You will be part of a small team and play a key role throughout the entire production process.
- You can work independently and maintain a high work pace!

- We work during daytime hours, Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 4.30 pm.
