In order to continue this international growth story, we are looking for a Product Manager in Ieper with a passion for the leisure sector!
The job in a nutshell
As an experienced Product Manager, you own the product vision and strategy within your domain. You position your product as an integral part of a broader portfolio, ensuring it directly contributes to the company’s strategic goals and long-term growth.
You focus on solving the right problems for the right customers, consistently delivering meaningful value while staying aligned with portfolio priorities. By combining strong customer insight with a clear understanding of market dynamics and business objectives, you make deliberate choices about where to play and how to win.
Operating at the intersection of customer needs, market opportunities, and business goals, you translate insights into clear, actionable product direction. You are comfortable making trade-offs and bring focus to what matters most.
In close collaboration with Product Marketing, Engineering, and other stakeholders, you create alignment and momentum. You communicate clearly, challenge constructively, and ensure that strategy is effectively translated into tangible outcomes.
Your Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap
- Validate problem statements and opportunities
- Translate business goals into clear product objectives
- Define business value and success metrics
- Manage the product lifecycle (introduction, growth, phase-out)
- Use insights on market trends, customer needs and competition into product decisions
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing on positioning, packaging, and pricing

What makes you unique?
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a software or SaaS environment, ideally within a multi-product portfolio
- Strong track record in defining product strategy and driving execution
- Skilled at translating insights into actionable product decisions
- Comfortable making trade-offs and prioritizing strategically
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering
- Analytical, data-informed, and outcome-driven, with a focus on delivering measurable value
