Key Responsibilities:
- Production Overview: As a process operator, you oversee the entire production process, adjusting and converting production machines.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate, support, and guide colleagues across various production segments. You are responsible for work distribution on the production line.
- Quality Control: Ensure quality standards are met, familiarizing yourself with norms like IFS, BRC, and HACCP.
- Troubleshooting: Detect and resolve technical issues, providing support to technicians.
Profiel
Profile Description:
We are looking for a Process Operator with a diploma in higher secondary education or equivalent experience and technical insight. Experience in a food production environment is a plus, along with knowledge of IFS, BRC, and HACCP standards. Proficiency in Dutch or English, both spoken and written, is essential. A positive attitude, flexibility to work in shifts including night shifts during peak periods, strong responsibility for maintaining an orderly and hygienic work environment, and analytical skills are required.
