Policy Advisor - Pensions & Savings
Functieomschrijving
- Track and interpret regulatory and market developments related to pensions and long-term savings.
- Define and align sector positions in close collaboration with member organizations.
- Manage working groups, build consensus among stakeholders, and draft position papers or policy notes.
- Serve as an expert contact point for questions on life insurance, pension systems, and related regulation.
- Represent the federation in national and European policy discussions.
- Contribute to cross-sector initiatives and strategic projects supporting the federation's mission.

Profiel
- Master's degree in economics, actuarial sciences, law, finance, or related fields.
- Proven experience in life insurance, pensions, or financial regulation.
- Strong understanding of the technical and policy dimensions of financial products.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Diplomatic and capable of working effectively with diverse stakeholders.
