Role Description

This is a junior position in an on-site role for a Photographer / Digital Content Creator based in the Ghent city center. The responsibilities include planning and executing high-quality photo and video content, editing visual media and developing engaging content for social media, digital and offline channels. The role involves collaboration with the marketing team to align media content with brand guidelines and strategies. Additional responsibilities include managing content distribution and brainstorming creative ideas for campaigns.

Goal

You will be responsible for all visual aspects of our Ghent agency (can be extended to our Antwerp agency), ranging from photos and videos for the houses we sell or rent, to social-media content, offline flyers and brochures, developing a style in collaboration with our marketing team... Possibility to upscale to our Antwerp agency also.

Qualifications

· Photography and videography skills, including proficiency in camera handling, lighting, and composition techniques. Experience with drones is a big plus!

· Experience in photo and video editing

· Content creation and social media management skills with an understanding of digital marketing strategies

· Creative thinking and excellent visual storytelling abilities

· Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently

· Ability to work on-site in the Ghent Metropolitan Area and collaborate with cross-functional teams

· Previous experience in (real estate) photography is an advantage
