- You monitor, adjust, and optimize the production process to ensure continuity and efficiency, always in consultation with your team leader.
- You follow the daily schedule and adapt smoothly to changes: starting and stopping the production line, implementing product changes, and performing thorough cleanings.
- You ensure that all installations comply with the strictest hygiene and safety standards. Need support from colleagues? You provide clear instructions.
- You accurately record production data and the use of auxiliary materials in our ERP system.
- You adjust process parameters to achieve the best results every time.
- Deepen your knowledge in specific areas such as quality, control systems, packaging, and planning.
- Apply your expertise in these areas actively each year.
- Contribute to a versatile team environment where collaboration and responsibility are key. #OneTeam
Profiel
- Are you an enthusiastic and driven doer with common sense who wants to go for it together with a team?
- Do you enjoy tackling issues and do you see yourself thinking about improvement actions for the production line?
- Do you like variation, challenges and are you motivated to learn new things?
- Are you interested in technology and food?
- Familiar with working with computers and keen to learn new programmes?
- You will work in two shifts during the week from 05h-13h or from 13h-21h.
