Become an essential part of our team! As a packaging operator in a 2-shift system, you will manage automated packaging lines, ensuring quality, applying technical insights and embracing collaboration. - You are responsible for setting up, starting up, operating and converting fully automated packaging lines.
- During the process, you monitor the good operation of the packaging lines, if necessary you critically question their operation and suggest improvements to your team leader.
- You solve malfunctions or pass on the correct information to our technical colleagues.
- You always have an eye for quality while performing your job and carry out the necessary checks for this.
- Fulfilling additional tasks in function of the department's needs (cardboard, cleaning, rework, forklift, foil, etc.).
Profiel
- You are quality-conscious, have clear technical insight and a first experience with automated packaging lines is a plus.
- You have a first experience as an operator
- You have an affinity with food
- You have strong communication skills and a flexible attitude.
- You are an authentic team player and a champion of cooperation.
- You are willing to work in a 2-shift system (5h-13h & 13h-21h)
