Job description
In light of our scaling-up, we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Belgium. Your main task will be implementing the marketing strategy as set out by the management, with a strong focus on digital marketing (SEO, website, Google ads). You’ll be working closely with the CEO and Sales team, building a trusted brand in the surveying and drone mapping industry, and using digital marketing to support sustainable growth.
This position requires both strategic ownership and hands-on execution. You’ll use your digital marketing skills to drive consistent and qualified leads, and make Virtual Surveyor a known and recognized brand in the surveying industry. You’ll analyze the marketing and sales data to see what works and to continually optimize marketing performance. You’ll report these findings on a regular basis to the CEO.

Skills
- Proven marketing skills in a similar industry (technology/software/land surveying)
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads)
- Experience with managing a budget
- Tech-savviness and a keen interest in software and technology
- Knowledge of the land surveying industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Curiosity and a hands-on approach
- Ownership
- Perfect English language skills, knowledge of a second language is an advantage
