Our client is a leading industrial group active in the safety and fire protection sector, recognized for its technical expertise and strong operational culture.
The company operates across multiple European subsidiaries and is currently undertaking a major digital transformation project to harmonize its business processes and IT systems.
To support this transition, the company is looking for a Junior Functional Analyst (Business Central) to assist in the deployment and optimization of ERP solutions across its subsidiaries.

Reporting to a Senior Functional Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across different entities of the group.
You will work closely with both local business users and the central IT team, gaining hands-on experience in ERP projects, process analysis, and data management.
This position offers a unique learning opportunity in an international industrial context, with exposure to multiple business domains:
- Support the implementation of Business Central across various subsidiaries.
- Assist in data migration, system configuration, and user access setup.
- Collaborate with the Senior Functional Analyst and local teams to understand business needs and document requirements.
- Participate in testing, training, and user support during project rollouts.
- Contribute to the documentation of functional processes and procedures.
- Help ensure data consistency and process alignment across the group.
- Coordinate with local IT contacts and external vendors when necessary.
- Provide day-to-day support for system users once implementations are live.
Profiel
- First experience (internship or 1-2 years) in IT systems, ERP, or business process analysis.
- Degree in IT, Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Knowledge or interest in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or similar ERP systems).
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good level of English (trilingual profile preferred).
- Willingness to travel 2-3 days per month across Europe.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
