- Oversee IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and cybersecurity across head office and plants.
- Support ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) and plan upgrades.
- Define and enforce cybersecurity, IT risk, and compliance policies.
- Manage IT vendors, contracts, and procurement.
- Control IT budget, resource planning, and cost optimization.
- Lead, coach, and develop the IT team.

Profiel
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and application management, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central preferred).
- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, IT risk management, and compliance (e.g. security policies, access control, data protection).
- Experience managing IT vendors, contracts, and budgets.
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach and manage small teams.
- Good communication skills in English.
