Functieomschrijving
Wat ga je doen?
- Test and support new or updated IT applications and systems.
- Create clear and user-friendly end-user documentation.
- Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
- Log and document incidents, escalate when necessary, and follow up with the right internal teams.
- Monitor daily functional control parameters and ensure application stability.
- Follow up on changes introduced in new software releases.
Profiel
Wie ben jij?
- Strong interest and affinity with automation from an end-user point of view.
- Solid knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft Office tools.
- Very good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Curious mindset: eager to learn new systems, understand how they work and suggest improvements.
- Strong communication skills, able to support end users and collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams.
- Flexible, calm under pressure and a true team player.
- Comfortable performing recurring administrative tasks (e.g., configuring security settings, onboarding users/companies).
- Accurate, structured and reliable in your work.
- Eligible for the legally required positive safety clearance for critical port functions.

Working Hours & Additional Leave
- Full-time contract of 38 hours per week
- 5 extra days off in addition to statutory vacation days
- Hybrid working: max. 3 days per week after 6 months of service
- Work hours with flexible start (7:30–9:30 AM) and finish (4:00–6:00 PM)
