International Operations Internship - Erasmus

We are looking for university students or recent graduates for an Erasmus internship / vocational placement in one of our European depots. As an International Operations Intern, you will represent Indie Campers in person and support guests at the start and end of their road trips.

- Welcome guests during check-in/check-out
- Register guests and process payments
- Explain campervan functionalities and terms & conditions
- Upsell road trip extras when relevant
- Align reservations with fleet availability
- Prepare campervans, extras, and kits for upcoming trips
- Perform quality checks and report maintenance/repair needs
- Support stock monitoring, fleet coordination, and operational troubleshooting
- Paid internship (compensation varies by location/country/region; accommodation not included)
- Online and on-the-job training (customer service, communication, teamwork, time management, logistics)
Profiel
University student or recent graduate (Tourism, Hospitality, International Studies, Business Administration, or related)
Fluent in English
Valid driver’s licence and work permit (mandatory)
Customer-service oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
Interest in international teams and multicultural settings
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
