As an Inside Sales Support, you will become the central link between customers, the sales team, and internal technical departments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and processing customer orders from A to Z
- Preparing quotations and ensuring correct follow-up
- Coordinating with logistics, planning, and technical teams to guarantee smooth deliveries
- Handling customer inquiries by phone and email
- Updating product information, pricing, and customer data in the system
- Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting
- Ensuring documentation, contracts, and files are always accurate and up to date

Profiel
We are looking for an Inside Sales Support that :
- You have experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service, or a similar administrative role
- You enjoy structure, accuracy, and problem-solving
- You communicate clearly and professionally
- You're proactive, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
- Experience in a technical or industrial environment is a plus, not a must
