HR Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Act as a strategic partner to leadership and managers on people-related matters
Drive initiatives related to culture, engagement, and employer branding
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from workforce planning to onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and attract top talent
Oversee onboarding programs to ensure a smooth employee integration
Performance Management & Development
Design and manage performance review processes
Support managers in goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans
Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives
Employee Relations
Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers
Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution
Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture
Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations
Manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and salary reviews
Ensure accurate HR administration, records, and reporting
Oversee HR systems and processes to improve efficiency
Compliance & Policies
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations
Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures
Monitor legal developments and advise management on HR risks
Profiel
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Experience working with HR systems and recruitment tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization
Strategic thinking with a hands-on, pragmatic approach
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
High level of confidentiality and professionalism- Fluent in English + French or Dutch
