Freelance Warehouse Manager
Functieomschrijving
- Oversee and support the warehouse team during the ERP implementation (Microsoft Business Central).
- Assist the Warehouse Manager and their assistant with day-to-day operational tasks.
- Coordinate ERP process alignment and ensure smooth integration into warehouse workflows.
- Organize and deliver training sessions for approximately 10 warehouse staff (blue-collar workers).
- Act as a key point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues during the transition phase.
Profiel
- Proven experience in warehouse operations and ERP implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage change and train teams effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and support staff during a high-stress transition period.
- Hands-on, pragmatic approach with experience in manual warehouse processes.
