FP&A BU Analyst JI Group

We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our international finance team. In this role, you play a key part in supporting financial planning, analysing performance, and providing actionable insights to senior management. The FP&A Analyst reports to the Divisional Finance manager and has a focus on the Joris Ide Group (13 group entities split over different countries like Belgium, France, UK, Germany, Netherlands, Denmark, Portugal Spain) but is also responsible for supporting the other BU’s in Eastern Europe.
What You Will Do
Responsible for financial reporting across several legal entities
Optimising the reporting process for the full Joris Ide division
Improve financial systems and tools (SAP / BI / Excel)
Prepare clear financial reports and insights for senior management
Support the integration of newly established or acquired businesses
Profiel
Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics (or related) + 2 years experience
Fluent in English, Dutch and French
Strong Excel skills, SAP knowledge is a plus
Solid understanding of financial principles
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Effective communicator at all organisational levels
Proactive, deadline-driven, team-oriented and eager to learn
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
