Have you always been interested in the medical or scientific world, but never had the opportunity to work in it?
This is your chance to finally be part of something meaningful.
We offer an entry-level position in the pharmaceutical industry, where you contribute to the preparation of treatments that can improve the lives of patients with serious and life-threatening diseases. You will work in a clean, modern and highly regulated environment, and receive thorough training from day one. No prior experience is required, what truly matters is your motivation and willingness to learn.
What will you do?
- Help keep the laboratories clean, safe and compliant.
- Clean and sterilize materials and equipment according to procedures.
- Work in protective clothing and strictly follow safety and quality guidelines.
- Learn step by step how to work in a pharmaceutical environment, making this an ideal first role in pharma.
Profiel
- You live nearby Ghent/Zwijnaarde and can easily reach the site (also without public transport).
- You have a strong interest in healthcare, science or innovation and want to build a career in this field.
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- You work accurately, cleanly and in a structured way.
- You enjoy teamwork and can follow instructions carefully.
- You are flexible and willing to work in shifts.

Vanaf € 16,89 per uur

- A 4-days-on / 4-days-off shift schedule, supporting a healthy work-life balance.
- Work in a 3-shift regime, while being comfortable rotating across all nine possible shifts:
- 6:00–16:00, 07:00-17:00, 08:00-18:00, 09:00-19:00, 10:00–20:00, 12:00–22:00, 14:00–00:00, 16:00–02:00 + future night shift.
- We have collective leave: 6 days in summer and 2 days in winter, so everyone can take a well-deserved break at the same time. You can schedule your remaining vacation days freely.
- After six months, depending on your performance, the opportunity for a permanent contract, including group and health insurance and other benefits.
