Financial Data & Compliance Analyst - Aalst

- Demonstrate a strong customer-focused mindset and collaborate effectively with teams across countries, business units, and functions.
- Work confidently with Microsoft tools, using advanced Excel skills to analyze, structure, and manage financial data efficiently.
- Operate successfully in a complex, fast-changing environment, adapting quickly as priorities shift.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with senior management and key stakeholders, translating analytical insights into actionable recommendations.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Utilize SAP knowledge to support accurate financial processes and reporting (strong asset).
- Apply solid accounting expertise, including statutory requirements and international standards such as US GAAP and/or IFRS.
- Take a proactive, self-driven, and well-organized approach to work, maintaining flexibility and a hands-on mentality.
Profiel
A successful Financial Inventory and Closing Reviewer should have:
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial reporting and inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of financial regulations within the life science industry.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with various teams.
