  • Lead, inspire, and mentor on-site workplace and facilities teams, fostering a culture of service excellence.
  • Adapt global workplace programs to local needs while maintaining consistent quality standards.
  • Manage operational budgets with discipline, identifying efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
  • Oversee procurement, supplier sourcing, and vendor performance to ensure maximum value.
  • Serve as the primary contact for workplace inquiries and service requests, ensuring swift, high-quality resolutions.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve workplace experience standards.
  • Build strong relationships with local leadership, providing insights, recommendations, and performance reporting.
