Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate demand & supply planning across assigned brands and markets
- Generate statistical forecasts using planning tools
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to enrich forecasts with market insights
- Lead Demand/Supply Review Meetings and drive consensus on forecast plans
- Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, and implement corrective actions
- Align demand plans with supply planning and MRP teams to ensure timely product availability
- Analyze actuals vs. forecasts and initiate improvement actions
- Identify and implement process enhancements in planning systems
Profiel
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least 3 years of experience in demand and/or supply planning
- Experience in FMCG or commercial environments
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with large data sets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Detail-oriented with strategic thinking capabilities
- Proactive, flexible, and resilient under changing conditions
- Fluent in Dutch and English
