Functieomschrijving
Prepare and submit customs documentation for import and export clearances
Classify goods with the correct HS codes and verify origin documents (ATR, EUR.1, Form A, etc.)
Request import licenses for restricted goods and manage related compliance requirements
Handle customs inquiries, audits, and draft objection letters or refund requests when needed
Ensure all declarations and documentation comply with customs regulations and internal quality standards
Coordinate with internal teams and propose process improvements to optimize customs workflows
Profiel
- Certified Customs Declarant
- Experience in transport by Air and/or Road
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customs systems
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Fluent in Dutch and English (any other language is a +)
- Detail-oriented & independent
