As a Customer Service Representative:
- You balance customer expectations, commercial goals, and operational processes in an international setting. You take ownership, recognize opportunities, and turn ideas into action
- Act as the main point of contact for our Turkish and Bulgarian customers: resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure careful follow-up.
- Strengthen service quality: collect feedback, identify inefficiencies, and explain our way of working clearly to customers.
- Safeguard financial flow: support payment follow-up, handle invoice questions, and clarify tax-related topics together with our credit team.
- Stay focused and organized: manage shifting priorities in a fast-moving, detail-oriented environment.
Profiel
This is you:
- Fluent in Turkish, Bulgarian and English (spoken and written), any additional language is an asset
- Experience in a customer-focused role
- Structured, accurate, and always a step ahead
- Cool-headed under pressure, with a practical mindset
- Comfortable working independently
- Naturally proactive, curious, and service-oriented
