Comptable Clients
Functieomschrijving
Au sein d'une équipe de 4 personnes et en tant que Comptable Clients, vous serez responsable du suivi de la facturation et du recouvrement, tout en veillant à la satisfaction des clients et à la bonne santé financière de l'entreprise.
Vos missions incluent notamment :
- Encodage des paiements et des extraits bancaires.
- Contrôle des caisses des différentes filiales.
- Gestion des e-mails entrants et mise à jour des fiches clients.
- Suivi des factures ouvertes et mise en place d'actions concrètes pour en assurer le paiement dans les délais.
- Gestion des litiges clients : identification des problèmes, proposition de solutions (ex. émission d'une nouvelle facture corrigée), suivi auprès des services concernés.
- Réponses claires et professionnelles aux clients par téléphone et e-mail (données de facturation, TVA, adresses, …).
- Veille au respect des délais de paiement et limitation des retards/impayés.
- Contribution directe à l'atteinte des objectifs de trésorerie de l'entreprise.
À terme, possibilité de gérer un portefeuille clients en autonomie.
Profiel
Le poste vous intéresse ? Voici le profil que je recherche :
- Vous êtes titulaire, à minima (obligatoire), d'un bachelier en comptabilité.
- Vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussie en comptabilité clients.
- Vous êtes reconnu pour votre communication claire, votre assertivité et votre précision.
- Vous parlez couramment français et Néerlandais (obligatoire)
- Vous avez de bonnes compétences en informatique (Excel requis, Dynamics AX est un atout).
- Vous êtes autonome, orienté solutions et capable de gérer des priorités variées.
Une voiture est obligatoire car l'entreprise n'est pas accessible en transport en commun.

Le poste vous intéresse et vous avez le profil qui correspond ?
Voici ce que mon client vous propose :
- Un contrat à durée indéterminée (CDI)
- Un régime 40h/semaine
- 20 jours de congés légaux + 12 RTT, sans fermeture imposée
- Horaires flexibles : arrivée possible entre 8h et 9h30, départ entre 16h30 et 18h, afin de garantir 8h/jour.
- Organisation hybride : 2 jours sur site et 3 jours en télétravail
- Forfait télétravail de 5€ nets/jour
- Rémunération attractive : salaire fixe jusqu'à 4.000 € brut mensuel (pour THE profil)
