Business Developer
Functieomschrijving
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with land and property owners.
- Ensure the seamless execution of projects from initiation through to the acquisition of all required permits.
- Oversee projects, manage budgets and risks, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to ensure strong support and project feasibility.
- Represent the company before local and regional authorities, the public, and industry associations.
- Work independently while taking ownership of your team’s and region’s performance.
Profiel
- Holds a master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or possesses equivalent practical experience.
- Brings at least 4 years of project management experience within the renewable energy sector, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
- Skilled in prospecting, project planning, risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
- Excels in strategic planning and organizational management.
- Familiar with modern project management software and tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both internally and externally.
- Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously and effectively setting priorities.
- Thrives in dynamic environments and adapts easily to change.
- Solid financial acumen, including experience in budget management.
- Fluent in French and English and/or Dutch.
