Business Analyst Direct Channels - App team
Functieomschrijving
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define and evolve digital channel features
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
- Write detailed acceptance criteria to support development and testing
- Analyze customer behavior, usage data, and performance metrics
- Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement
- Coordinate with IT, UX/UI, Marketing, Legal, and Security stakeholders
- Maintain visibility over the product backlog and support prioritization
- Support development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum, sprint planning, reviews)
- Oversee user acceptance testing and validation activities
- Define and execute test scenarios in collaboration with QA teams
- Prepare internal stakeholders for releases and functional changes
Profiel
- 2-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst
- Strong background in requirements gathering and functional analysis
- Proven experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Autonomous, proactive, and well-organized
- Strong interest in digital products, mobile apps, and web platforms
- Affinity for user experience and customer-centric design
- Experience in financial services, payments, or trading is an advantage
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital marketing is a plus
