- You coach and guide colleagues on the work floor
- You coordinate tasks and ensure that everyone knows what needs to be done
- You keep a close eye on quality, safety, and efficiency
- You support the onboarding of new employees
- You actively contribute ideas for improvements and solutions
- You step in operationally when needed and are visibly present
- You monitor the progress and performance of the team
