Architect
Functieomschrijving
- As an independent architect, you will be a key member of the design team, working on a variety of Belgian and international projects from concept to execution.
- You start your day with a creative brainstorming session and translate your ideas into 3D designs using tools such as Revit.
- You create visually compelling presentations where design, interior, and master planning are fully realized.
- You are responsible for drafting, preparing tender dossiers, and managing permit administration.
- You maintain oversight: coordinating closely with the project architect, ensuring client requirements are met, and optimizing the design where necessary.
- You collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines, keeping an eye on deadlines, budgets, and quality.
- You contribute to the visual and technical refinement of each project, always with attention to sustainability and innovation
Profiel
Who You Are
- You hold a master’s degree in architecture and are able to work independently.
- You have at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with large-scale projects.
- Revit holds no secrets for you, and you are familiar with complex, internationally oriented projects.
- Your strength lies in both the creative and technical aspects of the design process.
- You deliver professional, inspiring designs and support every stage of the design and construction process (documentation and visualization).
- Team spirit and strong communication come naturally to you: you know when and how to give and receive input.
