Missions and Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Release preventive work orders in SAP, orders necessary equipment and spare parts, and coordinates with AL or external resources for execution of preventive interventions up till closure of the orders.
  • Respond to technical problems, reported internally (drivers, AL employees) and externally (customers, transporters) in a timely fashion, assesses criticality of technical issues and plans accordingly, coordinating and communicating with needed resources and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure cohesion in the planning, plans intervention in an optimal way, combining preventive and corrective, adapts maintenance plans and execution dates when beneficial, takes into account overtime technicians and external factors (eg: traffic jams, long distances, ..) and assigns work forces according to qualification and know-how.

Scope and direct report: Your region is Flanders, you will be based in Brussels office, reporting to the international Teamleader for Maintenance Planners

Profil

Competencies and Profile

REQUIRED EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree (or similar) with administrative and technical support skills (maintenance, engineering, planning)
  • Knowledge of current software systems
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Very good communication skills: Ability to transfer information to different stakeholders and to conduct trustful customer conversations
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills: Ability to understand customer issues and to answer with empathy
  • Can set priorities and works in an efficient, orderly and structured way
  • Autonomous, flexible, stress resistant
  • Languages: You're fluent in Dutch and English, with French as a plus
