Legal Counsel

Your Impact
As Legal Counsel, you will be a key partner to the business, advising them across a wide range of legal topics, including contract, commercial, gaming, and IP law. You'll also serve as the primary legal contact for the HR department, providing legal support on all social- and employment law related matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a trusted advisor by providing clear, pragmatic legal guidance to multiple business areas
- Serving as the go-to expert for the HR department on social and labor law matters
- Drafting, reviewing, and standardizing a broad array of commercial agreements
- Monitoring and supporting license management and the real estate portfolio to guarantee compliance and business continuity
- Managing claims, litigation, and regulatory issues, ensuring the company's interests are well-defended
- Delivering proactive legislative watch and translating legal change into actionable advice for internal stakeholders
- Enabling the business to become more legally autonomous through training, templates, and practical tools

Profil
Who We're Looking For
- You hold a Master's degree in Law and bring at least 4 years' relevant experience. Knowledge of employment law is a plus.
- Bonus points for experience in the gaming/entertainment sector.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of French or other languages is a strong plus
- You are proactive, independent, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
- You're ready to roll up your sleeves, make an impact, and collaborate with a team that believes in open dialogue and flat hierarchies
