Description de la fonction
As a Customer Service Representative, you take ownership of the entire customer journey — from the first order to the final delivery. Think of yourself as the go?to person who keeps everything flowing smoothly.
Your varied responsibilities as Customer Service Representative include:
Managing customer orders from A to Z, including delivery dates, credit limits and stock checks.
Preparing invoices, credit notes and other administrative documents.
Updating customer data, pricing details and reference information.
Handling questions and complaints with a solution?oriented mindset.
Gathering consumption forecasts and sharing them with the planning team.
Monitoring monthly order volumes and aligning with Sales and Back Office.
Following up deliveries and stock levels and taking corrective action when needed.
Profil
Our ideal Customer Service Representative brings the following qualities:
A bachelor’s degree in international trade or equivalent experience.
Fluency in English, Italian and Spanish.
Experience in customer service or supply chain is a strong asset.
Solid IT skills (MS Office); SAP knowledge is a plus.
A proactive, customer?focused personality with strong analytical skills.
