Test Engineer/Test Analist Insurance Sector (consulting)

As a consultant you will be responsible for the Test Management with regard to a new claims management system.

As a consultant, your tasks will include the following:

• Building up your knowledge of the new (non-life) claims management systems.
• Provide support to users and key users. Answer questions about the use of the new application. Analyze various business reports and classify them (improvement proposals from users, bugs, ...)
• Conceptually developing the testing strategy: drawing up a test plan based on the test strategy and the project requirements (organization, data structuring).
• Based on the test plan: set up a reporting system so that the organization has insight into the progress of the tests at all times and to validate the adjustments.
• Conducting application tests on the claims systems within BOAR / Non-Life (no regression tests).
• Validate the new modifications (UAT) + implement change requests (maintenance)
• Detecting and following up identified problems (bugs) in the application.
• Ensure the go live process runs smoothly by conveying relevant information to stakeholders.

• You can rely on a minimum of 5 years of experience in Test management and you have knowledge of test management methodology (V-Model, ISTQB, Agile ...)
• You also have experience in the insurance sector and you have insight into claims management processes.
• You have a very good knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint.
• You are able to set up and execute test plans and testing scenarios yourself.

• A freelance consultancy assignment. An independent collaboration with Azuro.
• Assignment term: 6 months. If positive, our client intends to renew.
• Full-time assignment. Location: Brussels and home work.
