Service Delivery Manager
Job description
We are looking for a Delivery System Manager (DSM) to strengthen our teams in Brussels. As Delivery System Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the teams responsible for the workplace. You will have a keen interest in, and passion for, information technology in general. You are capable of formulating concrete and appropriate solutions, you are customer-oriented and transparent.
Your responsibilities
- monitoring external vendors, evaluating their services, and formulating and monitoring any improvements
- following Equans group initiatives, detecting changes in the service, and formulating and monitoring them
- conducting satisfaction surveys initiated through our ITSM tool
- monitoring requests, incidents, and projects of the teams
- maintaining the service catalog regarding workplace topics and financial reporting
- monitoring escalations in his scope
- you are responsible for
- request management team
- managed printing
- processing non-standard requests
- local IT team in the UK
- managed service
- firstline (servicedesk), second and third line support
- packaging & configuration support
- swap & support services and stock management

Profile
Are we a match?
