Terminal administration manager

Job description

Als Terminal Administration Manager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de volledige administratieve werking van de terminal. Je geeft leiding aan een team van ongeveer 12 administratieve medewerkers, inclusief teamleads, en fungeert als belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten, rederijen, transporteurs en interne stakeholders.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Vlotte en correcte administratieve afhandeling van alle terminal- en CFS-activiteiten

  • Eindverantwoordelijkheid voor tijdige en correcte facturatie van terminaldiensten

  • Bewaken en optimaliseren van administratieve processen en procedures, inclusief initiëren van verbeterprojecten rond efficiëntie, kwaliteit en klantgerichtheid

  • Behandelen en coördineren van claims, inclusief analyse, opvolging en communicatie

  • Coachen en ondersteunen van teamleads en medewerkers, met focus op prestaties, samenwerking en ontwikkeling

  • Actief bijdragen aan procesoptimalisatie en standaardisatie tussen administratie en operations

Profile

Aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring binnen een administratieve, logistieke en operationele omgeving

Kennis van administratieve logistieke processen en facturatie; ervaring in een terminal- of havenomgeving is een plus

Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden

Analytisch, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht

Stressbestendig en in staat om prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische omgeving

Teamplayer met een professionele en discrete houding

Goede kennis van MS Office; ervaring met TOS- of ERP-systemen is een plus
