Terminal Administration Manager

Job description

Als Terminal Administration Manager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de administratieve werking van de terminal en stuur je een team van circa 12 medewerkers, inclusief teamleads.

Je bewaakt de administratieve processen, facturatie en claims en zorgt voor een efficiƫnte, correcte en klantgerichte ondersteuning van de operationele activiteiten.

Je fungeert als schakel tussen administratie en operations en draagt actief bij aan procesoptimalisatie en standaardisatie binnen de organisatie.

Profile

  • Aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring in een administratieve/logistieke omgeving; terminal- of havenervaring is een sterke troef

  • Grondige kennis van administratieve logistieke processen en facturatie

  • Analytisch, gestructureerd, oplossingsgericht en stressbestendig

  • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden

  • Teamplayer met een professionele en discrete houding

  • Goede kennis van MS Office; ervaring met TOS- of ERP-systemen is een plus
