As a Team Leader, you are the key figure of your team:

• You are responsible for organizing the daily warehouse activities and ensuring that your team works efficiently, safely, and motivated.
• You work in the rotating shift, meaning you will lead the early shift at one moment and the late shift at another.
• You will work under the Distrilog group but more specifically for our company ECOMLOG.
• You will have the opportunity to work in a brand-new warehouse in Vorst and be part of an e-commerce sector that is a booming business with many growth opportunities.

Your Tasks:

• Daily management of a team of about 25 warehouse employees.
• Distributing tasks and monitoring their execution.
• Solving operational problems and monitoring deadlines or KPIs.
• Supervising safety, order, and cleanliness in the warehouse.
• Hands-on involvement on the floor when necessary.
• Reporting to the Assistant Site Manager and thinking about improvements.

Your Profile:

• Experience in a logistics environment, preferably as a team leader or in a coordinating role.
• Born leader and motivator.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and French, English is a plus.
• Sense of responsibility and attention to safety and quality.
• Flexible and willing to work in the fixed late shift.
• Physical work does not scare you.
• Relevant leadership experience.
• Willingness to work on Saturdays.
