Shared Value & Sustainability Specialist - Pharma

As the successful Sustainability Project Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Define and execute our strategy

  • You will define the local Benelux strategy on Shared Value & Sustainability together with our Benelux Leadership Team and in line with corporate objectives.
    
    
  • You will ensure that our sustainability objectives are adopted by the Benelux organization and its departments.
    
    
  • You will provide tailor made content to support the departments that directly interact with customers, key opinion leaders or other relevant external stakeholders.
    
    
  • You will implement and/or lead local sustainability projects and campaigns and support the organization and communication of local events (like We Act Day and Climbing for Life).
    
    
  • You will engage the people of the Benelux entity and our external stakeholders on Shared Value & Sustainability topics

  Reporting:

  • You are responsible for all internal data collection and reporting on Shared Value & Sustainability for local & global reviews, in partnership with involved departments.
    
    
  • You will manage the B Corp recertification process every 3 years. And you will take care of the Impact Profile of the Benelux by participating in the annual B Corp Impact Assessment (BIA).
    
    
  • You will integrate points for improvement -based on the output of the BIA- in our Benelux Shared Value & Sustainability strategy.

As the successful Sustainability Project Manager, you will have the following requirements:

• You are passionate about Shared Value & Sustainability.
  
  
• You understand the needs of relevant stakeholders and combine this with strong communication and persuasion skills as well as the ability to build solid relationships across hierarchical and departmental boundaries.
  
  
• You have successfully completed a degree (min. bachelor) in the fields of sustainability, economics, environmental technology, communication or similar or have relevant experience in the field of sustainability.
  
  
• You already have extensive experience in project management and working with cross-functional teams and/or coordinating cross-functional projects.
  
  
• You have good to very good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
  
  
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills in both Dutch, English and preferably French.
  
  
• Preferably 3 years of recent working experience in a similar position.
