As Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for the achievement of our Unit Dose Division's key commercial objectives by generating and supporting business for a wide range of European Contract Manufacturing clients and Northern European Retail clients.
You will lead a sales team for your area in the development, implementation, and execution of a robust, customer business plan aligned to the Unit Dose Divisional and regional strategy. You will focus primarily on improving profitability in a high share of available market environment whilst pursuing appropriate profitable business growth with our key partnership customers.
You will lead customer related sales initiatives across your area, providing strong and clear leadership to the sales team by creating an environment, which encourages ownership, responsibility, and team unity.
You will make a significant contribution to the formulation and delivery of the wider division strategy through a profound understanding of customers and categories thus continuously providing the business with market intelligence to support informed decision making.
