Job description
As a Project Manager, you’ll be the key player in coordinating construction sites and managing claims projects.
Your main responsibilities:
- Assess & advise: Visit clients affected by damage, prepare accurate quotes, and guide them with professionalism.
- Coordinate & organize: Oversee projects from A to Z, liaise with subcontractors, and ensure top-quality interventions.
- Build strong partnerships: Work closely with experts and brokers to strengthen the network.
- Manage & optimize: Handle projects combining administrative tasks and on-site presence.
Profile
- Higher education in construction (or equivalent) and proven experience in site coordination (minimum 5 years).
- Commercial & relational skills: You enjoy building trust and strong relationships.
- Fluent in French and Dutch: Switching between both languages is no problem for you.
- Organized & autonomous: You can manage multiple projects without losing track.
- Team spirit & strong values: Respect, transparency, and collaboration are part of your DNA.
- You live in Brussels or Walloon Brabant.
