Personal Assistant to Partner at Law Firm German and English

We are seeking a highly professional and proactive Personal Assistant to support a senior law partner in a fast-paced, dynamic law firm. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules and communications. Apply now!
Your Responsibilities:
- You will provide proactive, high-level support to a Partner and a small legal team.
- You will prepare, format, and review complex legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- You will manage files, deadlines, and confidential information efficiently.
- You will organise and prioritise the Partner’s calendar, meetings, and client calls.
- You will plan and manage travel arrangements and expense reports.
- You will act as a key point of contact for clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- You will support the Partner with ad-hoc tasks, follow-ups, and project coordination.
Profile
You’re someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly, anticipating needs, and supporting a high-performing team? Here’s what we’re looking for in your experience and skills:
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Secretary in a law firm or professional services environment.
- You have excellent German (native) and very strong English skills, both written and spoken; French is an advantage.
- You have strong proficiency in Office 365, especially Outlook, Word, and Teams.
- You have exceptional organisational skills and can manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- You have strong communication skills, discretion, and a professional, service-oriented mindset.
- You have a collaborative, team-player attitude and enjoy working in an international environment.
