Job description
- During the commercial phase, provide and request all information required to ensure a well-prepared and smoothly executed delivery phase.
- Oversee and coordinate major projects across the Benelux region, ensuring consistency in delivery and adherence to client-specific standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients on project-related matters.
- Implement and enforce Portakabin’s project delivery processes, tailored to meet the elevated requirements of international clients.
- Identify weaknesses in local project execution and lead improvement initiatives.
- Coach, mentor, and develop local project managers to enhance their performance and autonomy.
- Monitor key performance indicators including cost, schedule, quality, and safety.
- Promote a culture of safety and quality, embodying the company’s Zero Harm values.
- Collaborate closely with commercial, technical, and service teams to ensure seamless project handovers and execution.
- You report to the Operations Manager Benelux.
Profile
- Min. 10 years’ project management experience in (modular) construction, building services engineering or logistics sector.
- Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects in demanding environments as well as international clients with high quality and service standards.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with a track record of unifying multidisciplinary teams around shared strategic goals. Excellent coaching and mentoring capabilities.
- High-level communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly effective in multicultural and international contexts.
- Capacity to perform effectively under pressure while adeptly managing multiple, competing priorities.
- Fluency required in Dutch, French, and English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout the Benelux region.
