Pharma Nord’s office in Brussels is looking for an Event & Marketing Assistant to support the planning and execution of events and to assist the marketing and communication team with practical, day-to-day tasks.

Event & Marketing Assistant

Job description

You will be part of our office based in Zaventem, consisting of employees working within administration, marketing, sales, and accounting. The atmosphere is open, collaborative, and supportive, with room for initiative and individual responsibility.
This is a full-time, on-site position based at our office at Minervastraat 14, 1930 Zaventem.
The role includes responsibility for coordinating events from preparation to follow-up, as well as supporting ongoing marketing and communication activities.

Your daily tasks will be:
  • Support the planning and coordination of events and congresses
  • Manage practical and logistical aspects of events
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and partners
  • Assist with event budgets and cost follow-up
  • Support marketing and communication activities related to events
  • Help with SoMe and practical tasks related to marketing

Profile

Qualifications
You have an interest in health and nutrition and experience in event coordination and marketing support. You work in a structured way and and remain effective when several projects run in parallel. You have a good command of Dutch, French, and English and are comfortable coordinating with suppliers and managing budgets.
