Administrative & Logistics Assistant

Job description

You will be part of our office based in Zaventem, consisting of employees working within administration, marketing, sales, and accounting. The atmosphere is open, collaborative, and supportive, with room for initiative and individual responsibility.
This is a full-time, on-site position based at our office at Minervastraat 14, 1930 Zaventem. The role combines administrative support with hands-on coordination of materials, mailings, and event logistics.

Your tasks will include:
  • Prepare and manage daily mailings and shipments
  • Maintain inventory of materials, samples, and documentation
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for marketing campaigns and mailings
  • Update database
  • Process sample requests and keep customer data up to date
  • Support the organization of events and congresses (materials, registrations, equipment)
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing and admin teams
  • Help in the warehouse when needed

Qualifications

Profile

The ideal candidate is hands-on, well organized, and comfortable balancing administrative tasks with practical logistics support. Experience in an administrative or logistics role, a good command of Dutch, French, and English, and confidence using Microsoft Office and databases are important for this position. An interest in health and nutrition is an advantage.
