Mission/purpose:
- The Digital Process Expert is key actor in the delivery of Customer related projects. He/she is responsible for challenging and aligning the different processes across all operational teams in Customer Service.
- The Digital Process Expert is responsible for the deliverance and maintenance of all Customer Service Work Instructions, Work Methods and guidelines.
- The Customer Service Work Instructions, Work Methods and guidelines define what service Orange wants to provide to reach a best in class customer service in a friendly & efficient way across different touch points within Customer Service department (internal & external).
- He/she is also responsible that all processes described in the work instructions are up to date and as efficient as possible. This in close collaboration with the coaches and the business experts.
The Digital Process Expert, as owner, is responsible for monitoring the quality, use and performance of the different Work Instructions, Work Methods and guidelines and the continuous improvement of them, including the identification of the digitalization opportunities.
He/she evolves them pro-actively, stimulates their use, and monitors performance and takes action in close collaboration with the operational and support teams.
Profile
As ideal candidate, you will have :
- Expert knowledge of Customer Facing (web, shops, customer service) processes & applications;
- Basic knowledge on project management
- Basic knowledge on process improvement techniquesEducation, specific training and experience
Besides, you will :
- be fluent in English, French and Dutch (mandatory);
- be communicative (both written and verbal);
- be customer-minded & driven by improvement;
- be a natural team-player
