Customer Service Agent (m/f/x) FR/DU - banking sector

You answer the customers questions by phone, e-mail, social media and chat in French and Dutch.

You support the customers with any kind of issue by reacting in a fast and precise way.

You think about solutions for the problems the customer is facing and try to resolve the problem upon the first contact.

You are fluent in FR/NL at a professional level (English is considered a +) and pay attention to correct spelling and grammar in both languages.

You have an affinity with the banking sector and/or the digital world.

You demonstrate passion for customer service and get satisfaction out of your work.

You are a team player who can work autonomously.

You can adapt to a flexible work planning (during the week + evenings/week-ends).

You have at least a high school degree or equivalent through experience.
