Job description
Different and challenging financial tasks:
- Transversal project team over different countries
- Drawing up annual budgets, forecasts and multi-year plans, and monitoring compliance with these.
- Supporting project and program managers in drawing up and monitoring the above-mentioned budgets.
- Analysis of the costs of the accounts and the differences between these costs and the budgets.
- Collecting and managing finance data
- Updating reports and interacting with various stakeholders (e.g. project managers, program managers, executives).
- Participate in the standardization and improvement of the working methods and processes to be followed
Profile
- General operations and financial skills: group management forms, financial projected models
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a nice to have
- Ability to work on a transversal manner (functional work with Countries and Hub)
- Ability to motivate others
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Drive to respond to a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Disciplined organizational skills.
- Time-management and adaptability based on changing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
