Job description
The function of Group Controller will be at the center of all the financial group activities. You will be part of the change, supporting the organisation in its development and growth :
- Prepare and analyse financial statements
- Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor performance against forecasts
- Establish and maintain internal controls for regulatory compliance
- Implement and oversee cash pooling and factoring processes
- Collaborate with business leaders to support financial needs and drive improvements
- Assist in the implementation of a new ERP system for operational efficiency
Profile
As part of the Holding located in Brussels, the Group Controller will play a central role of the coordination of the whole finance manage throughout the Group. As such, the successful candidate gathers a certain set of expertise and experience:
- A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Finance / Accounting / Business Management or equivalent
- Min 3 years of relevant financial experience
- Perfect command of English & French
- Good understanding and / or experience in international corporation (matrix based)
- Agile and proactive
- Solution oriented
- Team player
