CRM Specialist (m/v)
As a CRM Specialist, you’ll be responsible for providing support for both the sales and marketing teams, within the EMEA region. You’ll support them in their daily use of Salesforce, since you’ll be the one to administrate the Salesforce CRM Environment. Consequently, you’ll be supporting them in a variety of processes such as account and opportunity management. In addition, you’ll participate in the further expansion of the tool.In general the CRM Specialist supports the EMEA team by designing and configuring solutions to meet business requirements.
As our CRM Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the tool & process governance. This entails that you’ll act as the SPOC (single point of contact) for all CRM related matters and projects. Therefore, you’ll need to understand the relationship between the diverse business processes, so that you’re also able to detect opportunities for the further development and definition of the tool. You’ll be required to facilitate an efficient and effective tool integration, by implementing input from process and product owners of different projects. Consequently, you’ll be contributing directly to solidifying processes in the full digital ecosystem.
By fulfilling your role as CRM Specialist, you’ll ensure the continuous tool development. You’ll implement, test and deploy configuration changes to production, as well as gather the requirements from users related to future functionalities. In addition, you’ll assist in defining the business requirements, document user stories and use cases. By working together with the BA (Business Analyst) and other stakeholders, you’ll also assist in the prioritization of story implementation. You’ll contribute to the development of updates by assuring a smooth process integration and you’ll provide the communication of both releases and new functionalities to all the users.
You’ll be responsible for coordinating the testing. Therefore, you’ll write scripts, coordinate responses, perform the actual tests, document the tests in a testing tracker tool (Panaya) and you’ll organize the User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
You’ll provide both second line support towards the users and first line support towards the local admins. You’ll contribute to the data migration, by assisting with the data management. Additionally, you’ll create tickets and forward them to the BA. You’ll oversee the authorization management on user permissions or roles and you’ll build reports as well as perform analytics to support various stakeholders.
As a CRM Specialist, you’ll monitor the user adoption and coordinate activities to increase it. Therefore, you’ll promote the Salesforce use within the entire business and actively participate in knowledge sharing sessions and sharing best practices.
You’ll provide assistance in the development of training material, its implementation and the trainings towards users themselves.
You’re enthusiastic and driven about complementing Commercial Effectiveness team.
You possess a bachelor’s in IT, Business Intelligence, Business analysis, Economics, or Marketing. An excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and expert knowledge of Salesforce will also be required. Proficiency in SAP and/or PowerBI will be regarded as an additional advantage.
You are highly analytical, proactive, have excellent organizational or structural skills. Additionally, you’re a team player, but also able to work independently, depending on the job context.
You are able to communicate well with all types of people and you are fluent in English. This entails both the verbal skills and writing skills.
Previous experience as a (CRM) tool administrator is an additional asset.
You are willing to travel occasionally within the EMEA region.
