Job description
- Monthly rolling forecasting process across regions and departments (P&L, Balance sheets, Cash flow)
- Develop and monitor annual budgets
- Perform regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement
- Cost analysis and make recommendations for cost-saving measures + follow-up impact
- Sales Margin analysis to assist in the development of new business opportunities
- Act as Business partner and provide financial insights to support decision-making
- Assess and manage KPI's + prepare regular reports for presentation to Board and CFO
- Assist in the internal audit and compliance processes
Profile
- Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar experience
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar function
- Experience in an international and/or publicly-listed company is an asset
- Fluency in English, excellent level of French and Dutch
- Strong analytic and communication skills
- "Business partner" attitude : you show proactivity in communication with varied departments
- IT-minded
