Job description

Responsibilities:

  • KYC completion with the relevant Relationship Manager
  • Handle any follow up request from clients relating to daily operations
  • Handle any client request relating to account positions, auditor year-end requests and pass it to relevant section
  • Handle any request re Mobile Banking Services and follow it up with clients & relevant teams at the Bank
  • Handle any request re Internet Banking Services and follow it up with clients & relevant teams at the Bank
  • Handle any request re Credit Card Services and follow it up with clients , provider & Credit department + checking utilizations
  • Handle requests relating to Credit Information Department, CDR, real estate searches, BNB reporting & D&B report
  • Ensure follow up and verify Signatures under Credit Facility Documents sent & received
  • Handle Docs collection relating to KYC files
  • Handle undelivered mail & statements
  • Maintaining accuracy of information in a Master Client File

Profile

Experience/Knowledge:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, finance, or equivalent experience 
  • Skills:
  • Eager to continuously learn
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in French, English, (Dutch and Arabic is a plus)
  • Strong personal time and schedule management skills with ability to effectively monitor and manage multiple tasks throughout the workday
  • Good attention to details
